Every order is carefully packed by hand before making its way to its new home.
Processing Your Order
We aim to dispatch most orders within 2 working days.
During particularly busy periods, holidays or promotional events, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer. If there are any significant delays, we'll always keep you informed.
UK Delivery
We charge a flat rate of £3.25 for delivery anywhere within the United Kingdom.
FREE UK delivery is automatically applied to all orders over £30.
Rather than asking customers to choose a courier, we carefully select the most suitable delivery partner for each order based on its size, weight and destination.
We currently use trusted delivery partners including:
• Royal Mail
• Evri
• Yodel
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Ireland
Delivery to Ireland is charged at a flat rate of £6.97.
International Delivery
We happily ship to many destinations around the world.
International delivery is charged at a flat rate of £16.00.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may be applied by their own country.

Every order is hand-packed with care.
Where possible, we use recyclable or environmentally friendly packaging as part of our commitment to reducing waste.
Delivery Times
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the courier used.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll investigate the issue with the courier and do everything we can to resolve it quickly.
