At The Rainbow Unisaur, we hope you love every purchase. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Returning an Item
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unused and in their original condition
• Returned with original packaging where possible
• Free from damage, marks, odours or signs of use
Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide return instructions.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items.
Clothing & Footwear Returns
We understand that sometimes clothing or footwear isn't quite the right fit.
Items may be returned within 30 days provided they are:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Free from marks, odours, pet hair or damage
• Returned with any original tags attached where applicable
Customers are welcome to inspect items as they would in a shop. However, we reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund where an item has been worn or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect:
• Opened or used soap bars
• Opened or used shampoo bars
• Opened bath bombs or other personal care products
• Earrings
• Amber jewellery where any hygiene or tamper-evident seal has been broken (where applicable)
• Personalised or custom-made products
These restrictions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Sale & Clearance Items
Sale and clearance items are covered by the same statutory rights as full-price purchases.
Unless otherwise stated, they may be returned within our standard 30-day returns period provided they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you believe you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs where possible
We'll assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is faulty.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, colour or product, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved, as stock availability cannot be guaranteed.
