We want you to absolutely love your order from The Rainbow Unisaur. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

Proof of purchase is required
Please note: for hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

Personal care and hygiene products (including soap, shampoo bars, bath bombs, cosmetics)

Earrings and jewellery worn against the skin

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Custom or personalised items

How to Start a Return

We’ll get back to you with return instructions as soon as possible.

Return Shipping

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to be processed (bank processing times may vary)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@therainbowunisaur.com.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos where possible. We’ll make things right as quickly as we can.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
